Over the course of 4 weeks, your daughter will increase her self-awareness, learn personal safety strategies, and develop situational awareness. With a focus on physical self-defense, as well as intuition, energetic and emotional awareness, this program is perfect for building a safe and strong foundation for your daughter to navigate her middle school years.
