Service Description

Do you want your middle school aged daughter to feel safe, empowered and confident? The Modern Warrior - Middle School program is designed to do just that. Over the course of 4 weeks, your daughter will increase her self-awareness, learn personal safety strategies, and develop situational awareness. With a focus on physical self-defense, as well as intuition, energetic and emotional awareness, this program is perfect for building a safe and strong foundation for your daughter to navigate her middle school years.
