Service Description
Action Awareness for Kids is a personal safety and character-building program, specifically designed for 8-10 year old children. Focus is on the ABC’s of self-defense: Awareness, Body Confidence, and Courage. Students are taught the physical essentials of personal safety, bully prevention, and the building blocks of body confidence, respect for self and others, and verbal and non-verbal communication skills. A confident child is a caring and careful child – and Action Awareness for Kids helps students skill-build and further develop their social and emotional well-being in a FUN and interactive way! The 4-week program is $95 and includes all materials, AND award-winning "Best Educational" Street Sense Workbook by Lila Reyna. Mondays, 4-5pm, at Reyna Family Wellness Center.
