Refund & Return Policy

At Purávia, we strive to provide high-quality wellness products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

Aromatherapy & Wellness Products:

Eligible for return within 30 days of purchase if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.


Digital Products & Online Courses:

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact us for assistance.


Services & Appointments:

Refunds are not provided for completed services. If you need to cancel or reschedule, refer to Section 5 below.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used aromatherapy products for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards and promotional items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Digital content, e-books, or downloadable resources

 

3. How to Request a Return or Refund
If you are eligible for a return or refund, follow these steps:

 

  1. Contact Us: Contact with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Ship the Item: If approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  3. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

5. Appointment Cancellation & Refund Policy
For services such as energy healing sessions, consultations, and wellness training:

Cancellations 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within less than 24 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days:

Check with your bank or credit card provider.
