An award-winning author, Master level (5th degree) martial artist, Frequency Energy Medicine Practitioner and aromatherapist, Lila’s passion for running Reyna Family Wellness Center stems from her own journey of empowerment and healing. When a battle with Lymes disease led her to the natural healing world, and a recovery from domestic violence led her to the martial arts world, Lila experienced the power of the mind-body-spirit approach to wellbeing and dedicated herself to creating this essence of healing in her own life and for others.
