Women's Self-Defense Workshop

Join us for a women-only workshop to hone your intution, harness your natural abilities, and connect with your power. This is phsyical, yes, and include learning and practicing traditional hands-on physical sefl-defense moves. But what these workshops are really about, is flexibing your awareness muscle. No experience necessary. For ages 12-Adult.
