4-week Program: Held on Mondays, from 4:00-5:00pm

April 28th, May 5th, 19th, 26th (no class 5/12)

Designed for children ages 8-10, this engaging 4-week program equips young participants with practical and effective physical self-defense techniques, alongside essential skills in situational awareness and bullying prevention. Led by Action Awareness founder, Lila Reyna, children will enhance their body confidence and personal safety awareness while boosting their self-esteem. Through interactive sessions, they will develop both verbal and non-verbal communication skills, empowering them to navigate their environments with assurance and resilience. Join us in fostering a generation of strong, safe, and aware kids, ready to face the world with confidence and positivity.
